RV Parking Reservation Information Collection Page
Dear Specialty Club Member,
This webpage has been set up to allow specialty club member to pre-reserve RV Parking spots.
This page is available to you, in advance of our opening RV Parking reservation to the general public. Once we know how
many member from each specialty club wish to be parked together, Liz Swearingen, OKC Specialty Club Chair, and Jane Boyd, OKC RV Parking Chair, will group the specialty club members together and determine the best way to fit you all
into the available parking spaces closest to your assigned rings.
Should you need to cancel your reservation
prior to the show entry closing date, Wednesday, July 29, 2020, we will refund your parking fee less a $5.00 handling charge. Please email Jane at hunterairostar@gmail.com
if you have any questions.
Jane and Liz will be making the parking space assignments starting on Thursday, June 11. Please fill out the form below and make your payment by Wednesday,
June 10, 2019. At the end of the reservation process you will be asked to pay, via check to our Treasurer, Jennifer Babb,
for your reservation now to commit the parking spaces. Mailing instructions for your check will appear once you have entered all your data.
Should we have to cancel the show due to the COVID-19 virus, we will cancel your reservation with no penalty and return your check.
Once we have assigned you to a specific parking space, we will be sending you a confirmation email identifying the space number.
